Job Role :  Soil Conservationist

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing soil conservation plans for farms, ranches, and other land use areas
• Conducting soil surveys to evaluate soil properties, erosion potential, and other factors that affect soil health and productivity
• Designing and implementing erosion control structures, such as terraces, waterways, and diversion channels
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of soil conservation practices over time
• Managing grants and other funding sources for soil conservation programs
