Job Role : Ranch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a farm or ranch, including planning and implementing farming and ranching practices
• Monitor farm budgets and financial performance, including purchasing equipment and supplies, managing payroll and expenses, and marketing products
• Supervise and coordinate animal husbandry staff, including hiring, training and scheduling staff.
• Monitor livestock health and welfare and administer veterinary care as needed
• Managing livestock and crops
