Job Role : Junior Dairy Engineering Manager
Responsibilities :

Oversee the engineering operations in a dairy processing facility.

Coordinate and manage the maintenance, repair, and optimization of dairy processing equipment and machinery.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all engineering activities.

Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
Skills :

Knowledge of dairy processing equipment, systems, and processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using engineering software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education - Master's or Ph.D. Degree in Dairy Engineering, Food Engineering
