Job Role : Agronomy & Capability Manager

The Agronomy Manager will be accountable for ensuring that their work is carried out accurately, safely, and efficiently each day

• Good knowledge of weather and its impact on crop performance
• Good knowledge of soil, water, fertilizer management, Agronomic/cultural practices, establishing a quick technical solution (yet simple) for sales team to drive the business
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills

Qualification  - Agriculture/Agronomy Graduate / Post Graduate /Doctorate, Preferably having Agri-Inputs Industry experience to understand grower behavior and agro business trends, Channel structures and behavior & knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles, Sound knowledge of crop agronomy.
