Responsibilities: 

• Monthly call or video interaction with existing farmers
• To supervise the farmers in the respective projects
• Periodic monitoring of crops
• Practicing organic farming on land
• To impart technical knowledge about agriculture sector to colleagues
• Harvest and inspect crops by hand

• Knowledge of seasonal crops
• Good knowledge and experience in organic farming
• Self-motivation drive of achievement

Education - B.sc Agri+Agri Business Management or Masters in Agriculture
